Cheryl's card....

Hello friends,
The week is almost over and tomorrow is a bitter sweet day for me. My friend Cheryl, whom I worked with for a good number of years, is transitioning to a new position that will bring her closer to home and she will finally stop commuting as far as she has. I really hate to  see he go as I will miss her terribly, but I'm happy for her as I know this is a great move for her.
I'm sure you will all agree with me that good friends are hard to come by and when you have one, well you want to hold on to them. The good thing about good friends, specially girl friends, is that no matter how much time goes without seeing each other, we can always pick up where we left off and continue to talk about husbands, children, parents, pets or whatever we need to talk about.
I made her a good luck card that I will like to share with you now.

I had a little bit of an issue with my camera and lighting, so hopefully you can see the details. I used some retired paper from Stampin Up! and used and embossing folder from Cuttlebug.

I added some bling from Close to My Heart, some ribbon and mini pearls from my stash.
I really hope she likes it.

That's all I have today. I wanted to share some pictures from our camping trip, but I will have to wait. I just haven't been in a blogging mood lately.  Life is just a little too complicated right now. More on that later. Until next time.  Happy Scrappin'
